3004 aluminum sheet is a wrought Al-Mn alloy from the 3000 series, enhanced with approximately 1% magnesium to achieve higher strength than 3003. As a non-heat-treatable alloy, it gains improved mechanical properties through cold working while maintaining excellent formability, weldability, and corrosion resistance. Known for its balance of strength and ductility, 3004 aluminum sheet is widely used in applications requiring superior drawability and moderate strength, such as beverage can bodies, storage tanks, building facades, and general sheet metal fabrication. Its stable performance and smooth surface finish also make it suitable for color coating and other decorative treatments.

3004 aluminum plates are widely used in applications that require higher strength than 3003 while maintaining excellent formability and corrosion resistance. They are commonly applied in the manufacturing of beverage can bodies, storage tanks, and chemical containers due to their good deep-drawing properties and weldability. In addition, 3004 aluminum plates are used in building and architectural panels, roofing sheets, and curtain walls because of their smooth surface and durability. They are also suitable for kitchen utensils, heat exchangers, and general sheet metal fabrication where a balance of strength, light weight, and resistance to oxidation is required.

3004 aluminum plate is a non-heat-treatable alloy from the Al-Mn-Mg series, strengthened mainly through cold working. It offers higher strength than 3003 while maintaining excellent formability, weldability, and corrosion resistance. The alloy has good plasticity and can be easily formed, drawn, or spun into complex shapes, making it ideal for deep-drawing applications. 3004 aluminum plate also provides a smooth surface finish suitable for anodizing, coating, or painting. It performs well in both indoor and outdoor environments due to its strong resistance to oxidation and chemical corrosion. Overall, 3004 aluminum plate combines light weight, moderate strength, and excellent surface quality, making it a versatile material for industrial, architectural, and packaging uses.
