5754 Aluminum Sheet is a 5xxx series (Al-Mg) wrought alloy, primarily alloyed with magnesium (approximately 2.6–3.6% Mg) and containing trace amounts of chromium and manganese. It is non-heat-treatable and achieves higher strength through cold working. The alloy exhibits excellent corrosion resistance in marine and industrial environments, making it highly suitable for shipbuilding, marine and coastal structures, automotive panels, tread plates, and architectural cladding applications. Its combination of durability, formability, and surface quality ensures reliable performance in demanding structural and exterior applications.

Marine and coastal structures: Shipbuilding, hulls, decks, and other components exposed to seawater and harsh environments.
Automotive and transportation panels: Vehicle body panels, truck beds, and cargo containers.
Tread plates and flooring: Anti-slip surfaces for industrial, commercial, and transportation applications.
Architectural and exterior building components: Cladding, facades, roofs, and decorative panels.
General structural components: Applications requiring durable, corrosion-resistant aluminum with reliable mechanical properties.
Corrosion Resistance: Excellent resistance to seawater, marine atmospheres, and industrial environments, making it ideal for outdoor and coastal applications.
Strength: Medium-to-high strength depending on temper; cold working (H22, H24, H32) increases mechanical performance, while O and H111 tempers provide excellent formability.
Non-Heat-Treatable: Strength is achieved through cold working rather than heat treatment.
Formability and Workability: Good formability in softer tempers (O, H111) and good machinability and weldability.
Surface Finish Versatility: Available in mill finish, anodized, color-coated (PVDF), brushed, or tread plate patterns for functional and decorative purposes.
Durability: Maintains mechanical properties and surface quality over time in harsh environments.
Standards Compliance: Manufactured according to ASTM B209, EN 485-2, EN 573-3, and ISO 6361, ensuring consistent quality and reliable performance.
