We support bulk purchases of high-quality 3A21 aluminum plates at competitive prices. Quality is guaranteed, and we offer aluminum sheets in various specifications that meet testing standards.
3A21 aluminum plate belongs to the 3000 series Al–Mn (aluminum–manganese) alloy family, which is widely recognized for its excellent corrosion resistance and stable forming performance. The alloy primarily contains aluminum with manganese as the main alloying element, giving it reliable anti-rust properties and making it suitable for environments exposed to moisture or chemicals.
Unlike heat-treatable aluminum alloys, 3A21 aluminum cannot be strengthened by heat treatment. Instead, its mechanical strength is improved through cold working processes such as rolling, forming, and strain hardening. This characteristic provides a good balance between strength, workability, and durability in many industrial applications.
Thanks to its good plasticity, weldability, and corrosion resistance, 3A21 aluminum plate is widely used in applications that require forming, deep drawing, or long-term exposure to corrosive environments.

The addition of manganese significantly enhances the alloy’s resistance to atmospheric corrosion.
3A21 aluminum plate performs well in humid environments, industrial atmospheres, and mild chemical exposure, making it a typical anti-rust aluminum alloy.
3A21 aluminum offers high ductility in the annealed (O) temper, which allows it to be easily processed by bending, stamping, and deep drawing. This makes it ideal for manufacturing complex or thin-wall components.
The alloy demonstrates good welding performance using common welding methods, allowing manufacturers to fabricate structural or container components efficiently.
As a non-heat-treatable aluminum alloy, the strength of 3A21 is obtained through cold working rather than heat treatment. This ensures stable properties and consistent performance during processing.
Although its strength is slightly higher than industrial pure aluminum, 3A21 maintains a good balance between strength, corrosion resistance, and workability, making it suitable for many light-duty structural parts.

3A21 aluminum alloy shows high plasticity in the annealed condition, while its strength increases after cold work. However, ductility decreases as the alloy becomes work-hardened.
Typical characteristics include:
Moderate strength compared with pure aluminum
High plasticity in annealed condition
Good corrosion resistance in industrial environments
Excellent forming capability for deep drawing processes
Because of its combination of formability, corrosion resistance, and weldability, 3A21 aluminum plate is widely used in many industries.
