1100 aluminum tube is a commercial pure aluminum tube (aluminum content ≥ 99%), belonging to the 1000 series aluminum alloy, with extremely high corrosion resistance, good weldability and excellent formability. Although its mechanical strength is relatively low, it is widely used in many non-load-bearing but corrosion-resistant projects due to its excellent chemical stability and formability. 1100 aluminum tube cannot be heat-treated and strengthened, and mainly obtains different hardness states (such as O state, H14, H18, etc.) through cold working. It is suitable for industries such as chemical containers, conduit systems, architectural decoration and conductive structural parts.
