With 99.6% aluminum content, 1060 aluminum alloy has low strength and cannot be strengthened by heat treatment, but its high ductility makes it ideal for stamping, stretching, and other basic forming operations. It delivers excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, making it suitable for heat sinks, electrical parts, and other conductive components.
