7075 aluminum tube is a high-strength cold-processed aluminum alloy, widely used in aerospace, mold processing and mechanical equipment. Because the metal strength exceeds that of low-carbon steel, it has excellent machinability, corrosion resistance and excellent anodizing performance. The fine grain structure effectively improves deep hole drilling, thread forming and wear resistance, making 7075 aluminum alloy an ideal material for manufacturing high-precision and high-strength components.
7075 aluminum tube is a cold-worked, high-strength forged alloy that significantly outperforms mild steel in strength. Recognized as one of the strongest commercial-grade aluminum alloys, 7075 aluminum alloy offers excellent mechanical properties, good anodizing response, and moderate corrosion resistance. Its fine-grain structure enhances deep drilling performance, increases tool wear resistance, and improves thread rolling consistency.
With a yield strength close to its tensile strength, 7075 has a high yield ratio and exceptional strength-to-weight ratio.
