We offer a variety of 5005 aluminum sheets in various specifications, available in O and H34 tempers, and support anodizing. Contact us now for the latest quote.
5005 aluminum sheet is a Mg-Al alloy with a magnesium content of approximately 0.50–1.10%. As a member of the 5000 series aluminum-magnesium alloys, it offers a balanced combination of medium strength, excellent corrosion resistance, and good workability.
5005 alloy is easy to form, cut, and fabricate, making it suitable for a wide range of manufacturing processes. One of its key advantages is its smooth and uniform surface quality. After anodizing, 5005 aluminum sheet delivers a clean, consistent finish, which makes it especially well suited for architectural and decorative applications.
Thanks to its attractive appearance, stable performance, and reliable corrosion resistance, The 5005 aluminum alloy plate has become one of the most widely used materials in the aluminum industry.

5005 H32 aluminum is strain-hardened and partially annealed, which gives it a good balance of strength and formability. This temper is especially suitable for projects that demand high surface quality and stable anodizing results. It is easy to bend, shape, and fabricate without cracking, making it ideal for decorative panels, aluminum ceilings, interior wall panels, and exterior cladding where appearance is a priority. |
5005 H34 aluminum undergoes a higher degree of strain hardening compared to H32. As a result, it offers higher strength and stiffness while still maintaining good corrosion resistance. This temper is designed for curtain wall systems and building facades that must withstand stronger wind loads and structural stress. It is commonly used for large-format panels and high-rise building applications where rigidity and dimensional stability are critical. |
