3003 aluminum tube is an aluminum-manganese (AL-Mn) series rust-proof alloy tube. Among many aluminum alloys, it is widely used in many industrial fields for its good formability, excellent corrosion resistance and excellent welding performance. Its strength is slightly higher than that of industrial pure aluminum (1000 series), but it cannot be strengthened by heat treatment, and mainly relies on cold working to improve mechanical properties. In the annealed state, 3003 aluminum tube shows extremely high plasticity; it has good formability in the cold working strengthening state; its corrosion resistance makes it particularly suitable for use in pipeline systems, decorative components, heat exchangers and liquid transportation equipment.
