Product Processing
Aluminum discs can be processed by traditional punching machines or fully automatic unwinding and blanking production lines. The traditional method involves cutting the blank into a square shape and then blanking it into the required discs; if coils are used, they must be unwinded first. Modern production mostly uses fully automatic disc unwinding and blanking production lines, from loading, unwinding, leveling, feeding, punching to palletizing, the entire process does not require manual intervention, significantly improving safety and product consistency. The production line uses a CNC servo system for precision control to reduce raw material waste, and the material utilization rate can reach more than 80%. The production speed can reach 40-55 pieces per minute, and the mold change only takes less than 15 minutes. It is suitable for batch processing of aluminum discs with a diameter range of 85mm to 750mm, ensuring the perfect combination of high efficiency and high quality.
